I was lucky enough to get to attend the Flash Gaming Summit in SF this weekend. It was a really interesting event, one in which Newgrounds cropped up a few times. Generally, the game designers seem to love NG and the sponsors... not so much, because the NG crowd isn't into spending money on micropayments and playing "partial games". I say fuck them. That's not what this community is about :)
Anyway, I put some of my notes up on my site and thought you guys might find them interesting. There was a huge focus on social FB gaming, since there's so much money in it. But Andy Moore gave a talk about Steambirds which was very interesting. Other developers shared some actual revenue data. More on those later. For now, here are 25 things that jumped out at me:

You forgot the quote where Mike Pollack said you should find a 10 year old girl on
the street :3
Nice overview, I had a bunch of fun at FGS and will surely be attending next year.
